Florian is an app developer and founder based in Lenzburg, Aargau, Switzerland, with over 18 years in software and 8 years running his own practice. Alongside client work for startups and larger organisations such as the Aargau cantonal police, he built and launched his own AI app as a small startup, so he understands both engineering and product trade-offs. He works in plain language, favours pragmatic MVPs, and focuses on issues that matter for shipping vibe-coded and traditionally built apps safely.
